Green Hat Consulting is dedicated to providing value-added products and services connected with systems integration. Our main sectors are finance, telecommunications and energy, but we are always willing to learn about new businesses. In particular, we work with sites utilising TIBCO software. Our staff have an enormous variety of experience in many different organisations, big and small.

Systems Integration

Businesses today are increasingly relying on business process automation to deliver competitive advantage and exceptional return on investment (ROI). These automation projects usually require some systems integration. At Green Hat Consulting, we have been in the business of connecting systems for over seven years. During this time, we have broadened our scope, encompassing high-performance, high-volume feed handlers, adapters to all kinds of systems, and automation and integration projects of all sizes.

Solution

To common problems, we have the solution available out of the box. This may require some training and implementation to help you get the most out of it, which we also provide.

Prime Contractor

Green Hat Consulting can manage all aspects of your integration project, including business analysis, design, architecture, development, implementation, support, training and handover. Many of our customers have benefitted both from our expertise and experience, and sometimes from our "why?" questions! Green Hat Consulting primes in over 90% of its engagements and has a customer list including several FTSE 100 companies and global investment banks.

Technical Expertise

If you don't need a whole team, you might like a few experts to help out.

The larger consulting projects are often won by the larger consulting companies. If your company is in this position, you'll need some technical experts that can give your teams that added boost to ensure they deliver what the customer requires. Green Hat Consulting can also offer a range of training courses to get you off the ground.

We adopt a win-win strategy when working with our customers. If it is not good for both of us, we won't do it. This approach has served both us and our customers well over the years and is a key factor in customers returning, again and again.

Change Requests

Circumstances change, we know. We are used to it. Whether we are working with you on a fixed price project, or time and materials, when things change, we'll let you know what the impact is, up or down.

Contracts

We have designed our contracts so they are easy to sign - we don't take more than we need to, and don't expect you to either. Many of our customers have a similar approach. There is little point in us all going through the same debates we have with each customer every time, so we have just created contracts that are easy to get signed.

Expenses

If an engagement warrants expenses, we have our own tried and tested procedures that work, or we can adopt yours.
